Hi @TAGSlays,
Thanks for keeping us in the loop, I don't have any additional updates at this time but I want you to know we haven't forgotten about this.
I'll be back as soon as I have more info. I am having the same issue. Tried everything and game still says it hasn't been released yet

For clarification, @secularsatan and @frontlinemedic1 did you also grab the game through EA Play Pro?
Yes, I have the game through the EA Play Pro subscription

Welp, I guess I am giving up on this. Today was literally my birthday and I just wanted to chill and check out Immortals. Pretty disappointing.
It must be magic. I give up...and then I get this email. Weirdly, now the game loads normally. Really devalues the Play Pro when you literally have to wait nearly 24 hours after launch to play.
Thanks to the community managers for keeping me entertained today. I am in, like I said...like magic. Nearly an entire day lost to troubleshooting something that had nothing to do with me.I feel it. I'm still getting the same message. I even own the base game but I'm still unable to play it. I'm furious. Support has been useless.
Same Problem i cant start , and i have PlayPro greetings from germany , its so disappointing , i have testet on steam and i can start the game on steam so its not a problem from me here its a problem from the EA app and PlayPro abo
@secularsatan @sethy I really think it comes down to their servers having the incorrect time. Oddly enough it unlocked for me almost exactly 24 hours after they said. Maybe they did the whole 12AM on the 22nd....meaning 12am between the 22nd and 23rd? Which contradicts what the app says completely. Here are ALL the steps that I completed...see if these help you..
Close down the app.
Update the app using the updater in: (Installed folder)/EA Desktop/ called: EAUpdater.exe <--Run this as Administrator
Obviously, make sure you are running the latest Graphics card drivers and OS updates. The graphics drivers mean less about your problem than your OS updates do. You can also run your the Windows Troubleshooter to makes sure Windows Updates are running.
Open a command prompt as Admin: WINDOWS KEY+ then type CMD Right Click on Command Prompt and choose Run As administrator. In the command window type:
sfc /scannow (Hit enter and let it run)
Then type:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (Hit enter and let it run)
Once all that is done, hit WINDOWS KEY + then type Control and start the Control Panel.Once in Control Panel, run the Programs and Features applet.
Now find all Microsoft Visual C++ programs (2012 and newer only) and one at a time, left click on them and choose CHANGE at the top of the menu. When the dialog from that comes up, click REPAIR. Let each finish and move on to the next one. You want to complete this procedure for Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtimes you have entered as well.
Once you have done all that, make sure your REGION and Time settings are all correct. And finally, log on to your Account on EAPlay and make sure your Region is set properly. Mine where both set to **** Which I think means, I never set them.
Now that you have all of that set... you are done. If it doesn't work after all that..then it is on their end. I hope this helps some of you out. Mind you I did not include clearing the Apps Cache which you certainly should do as well, but for me I don't think that had anything to do with it. If anything it was my region/timezone settings on the EAPlay website and then just waiting for it to propagate to my app. Good luck! The game is pretty good so far so I hope you get in and get to enjoy it.- EA_Leeuw2 years ago

Hi all,
For the players who are still experiencing this issue, please make sure that your internal system clock (so the BIOS clock, please check your BIOSs manual for this) and your Windows clock are set to the correct date/time. For the Windows clock, please make sure that it has synced with the actual date/time.
Alternatively, you can try to add a time server in Windows settings (like time.nist.gov or us.pool.ntp.org) for a more accurate time.
How-to add a time server in Windows:
- Type “Control Panel” in Start search and hit Enter to open the Control Panel of your Windows 11/10 PC.
- Type “Date and Time” in the search box and click on the result.
- Click on the ‘Internet Time’ tab and hit on the ‘Change Settings’ button.
- From the drop-down menu, select, say, time.nist.gov as the Server and hit the ‘Update now’ button.
- If you receive any error, try using pool.ntp.org as your time server and then hit the Update Now button.
- Make sure you select the checkbox saying, Synchronize with an internet time server.
*Please also undo any VPN configs.
Please let us know how it goes.

Heya @sethy, @secularsatan, @frontlinemedic1
Just wanted to check in and see if you were still seeing this issue currently and if you had a chance to try @EA_Leeuw 's steps above? - EA_Leeuw1 year ago
