Re: It Takes Two - player disconnect in specific chapter

Any updates? We tried all possible quickfixes we could find, updating drivers, clean installing them, messing with graphics settings, but the rubber ducky level keeps making my girlfriend disconnect and she's unable to control her character at all prior to the disconnect.

yeah, seems we all have that same issues. STUCK in the bomb duck. And My other friend keep disconnect from the game. PLEase fix the bug or something.

Hi! 

My partner and I are in the Cuckoo Clock - A Blast From The Past chapter at the very end where the clock goes red, and I (on the trial) get kicked out every time we are brought up into the air. We both have restarted game and computers, verified game files in Steam, I cleared Origin cache, and flushed my DNS all at the advice of EA support. We can't get past this! Please help ☹️

I'm aware this is not what you have been wanting to hear but, unfortunately, there is no news just yet. It seemed to be a bit difficult reproducing this issue but I've been chatting with the team just there and they are still investigating it.

As mentioned previously on here by someone, I have managed to get passed the immune ducks by playing local co-op on my own with keyboard and a controller and then exiting out at the next save point. Now I should be fine continuing with online mode.

Just to add, you won't lose any progress made by switching to local co-op.

GUYS GUYS. PROBLEM SOLVED. THE DISCONNECT FROM THE DUCK BECAUSE ONE OF YOU THE COMPUTER IS NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS GAME'S MINIMUM CAUSE THE DISCONNECT. I TRY TO PLAY WITH OTHER FRIEND WITH BETTER PC HAS NO PROBLEM. 

OK. The solution is take another friend who had better pc get u out of the duck. then there is no problem later game.

I have also been having the issue while playing, We got up to the second part of the octopus fight, but as soon as the ducks start appearing it says that I've disconnected from the EA servers. Both of our internet connections are fine and we can both run the game perfectly. After repetitively being disconnected we realized that on my friend's screen the ducks appear before mine, but he can not damage them until they appear on my screen, the ducks being invincible damage the ship on my friend's screen when the ship dies on my friend's screen, We both get kicked out of the game and I get an error message saying I disconnected from the EA servers. Please Help

me and my friend have been trying for days to fix this disconnecting issue. I own the game and whenever we get to the explosive ducks he says that we died but on my screen we are still at full health. Then I get a message telling me that I was unable to connect to the servers and my friends gets a message saying that the other player has disconnected. we tried lowering all of our setting and that still didn't work. we live right next to eachother and just I just can not think of a reason for this to be happening. 

Hi, I have been suffering similar issues on the clock tower, when the clock starts spinning and goes red and attacks us in 5x5 blocks...

The game disconnects.

It keeps saying that "The other player has left the session"; it says "Unable to connect to server" to my friend.

It has been a month now since it has been happening, I got another friend to try this game and ended up being stuck on the exact same place.

We (in fact, three of us, including the previous friend) all reach the minimum system requirement, and have attempted several runs with minimum display settings, and it still does not work.

My Stepbrother and I have the same problem, he always gets disconnected from the server when we are at the Clock Boss Fight, it always happens in the exact same frame, when 

we are down to 9 Squares and the clock weights fall down eliminating the outer squares, so we are standing in the on square that is left. I am hosting the game and on my screen appears the other player left the session and on his screen unable to connect to server, so it must be a server issue, the game worked fine before. I had some lags but after I changed my settings to low those only occured on occasion when there is a lot going on in the frames. Our pcs match the requirements for the game, they are over the lowest requirements for the game, so its not our fault.

EA please step up and help, its pretty simple to reproduce this problem, just play with someone that is not in your building and these problems exist for over 6 months now, so do something about it and don`t ignore it, like the problems in Sims 3 that still are not fixed. I am still waiting for an answer in another thread, where i was not the only one having the problem and even providing you with pictures of the issues regarding achivements and the connection to the Sims 3 Plattform. So please don`t let this end the same way, where everyone is frustrated and mad at you.

Has this been solved? None of the workaround have worked for us.

Steam Remote Play does not work either. 

This works. Lower resolution settings of the pc.
