Re: It takes two crashes upon start

Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with It Takes Two on PC. 

If you are still seeing issues with the game crashing please try the following first:

• If using the EA app - Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• If using Steam -  Verify the game in via your Steam library
  
  
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Close other running applications on your device
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
• Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

If this issue persists, please let us know the following:

• EA ID:
• Which client do you use?
• Do you own ITT, or access it via EA Play? 
• Do you get an error message?
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
