Recently ITT had an update that changed a bit on how it launched. Would it be possible to get a video or screenshot of the message you're currently seeing?
If it does believe you only have the Trial version, I would recommend uninstalling the game with a program similar to Revo (or one you might already use) and ensuring all files are deleted and removed from your PC. You may even want to try cleaning your device with something like CCleaner.
After restarting your device, try installing the full game version again to confirm if the same issue persists.
