Ok,  I solved this glitch with a solution posted on Steam,  

This is a performance Issue,  so i set all the graphic settings to low  or none,   my screen resolution to 1024*768 windowed.   and this did the trick,    

As soon as i  completed  this part i returned all the settings to normal.

I hope this work for others too.
