Re: Problem with my PS5 account

Hello, thank you for answering my question. I Will send you a photo of the exact message.

In the photo I tried to login to the EA servers on FIFA 23 on my PS5 and everytime I do that i get this mesage. Right now it's in czech language but what it want is to reset my Password and I tried this like for the third time and still nothing changed. So I tried to UNLINK my PSN account on the EA site on my profile, but the problem Is that it showed me that my profile don't have linked account on PSN but when I tried to link it to my PSN account, then I get this weird message in Czech language. 

In English it's something like this:

 Your accounts cannot be linked because Ludviczech's PlayStation® Network account is already linked to your EA account for b4*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation® Network account during its lifetime.

So I don't know what to do next. Is it possible to link my new PSN to my EA account? Because I don't want to lost this account.

Sorry for my mistakes I tried to write it as fast as possible and I'm doing this on my phone.
