im having the same issue im guessing it's the trash of an app ea desktop beta is and its protection no ea titles work remotely with a controller .. ubisoft epic all work remotely with a controller so its deff electronic arts..i Haven't tried this but a friend said if u buy say madden 22 on steam itll work  but ea play's version does not with anything moonlight rainway steam link amd link
