Thanks for the tip.
I originally downloaded the game on my Steam client but when I tried opening the game, it would bring me to the EA launcher and the launcher would tell me to uninstall my Steam version to download the EA version. It wouldn't let me open the game at all when I tried the Steam download.

Thanks for the update, would it be possible to get a clip of trying to launch the game?

Also, can we try the following when you have a moment?

Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from

EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)

Steam - Verify in your library

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Close other running applications on your device

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
