Thanks everyone that has given information so far!
When you have a moment would it be possible to get a Error ID Number (You should get one once you submit the report) and any log files you have located in the following location?
For problems with installing and launching the EA app On PC -
- Navigate to C:\Users\[Your computer name]\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs
- Make hidden files and folders visible.
- Attach the files here, If they are to large you can DM me here on Answers HQ a link to the file.
