I'm facing the same issue as others have mentioned. I bought the EA play subscription but I'm not able to play the game for free but getting the 10% discount option.

hello, i have had ea play for a long time now and wanted to play a game it says is in the category of games free to play for ea play. the game is. it takes two.

however when i try to play it instead it shows either buy game with 10% off or buy a subscription. except i already have the subscription active. and have had so for a long time.

i will provide multiple screenshots showing all the info because it does not matter wich of the platforms i select i get to see the same.

So i bought the ea play pass on steam, on pc, downloaded the game, not the friends pass but when i start it says that i only have the friends pass so i cant play the full version

I have now also installed the ea app and connected it to my steam account but its still only the friends pass

How can i solve this problem? 

it says "buy the full game" 

and "trial version" next to online game and local game
