Thanks for reaching out to the Wild Hearts community here on Answers HQ!

To confirm features like Cross-Progression and Cross-Play must be designed and built into the game. We don't have information if Cross-Progression will be coming to Wild Hearts. 

I would recommend keeping an eye on the game's social media pages for any major changes or announcements.
