Okay guys I just did a quick fix for PC with Nvidia GPU. Am running on 3090ti with max settings now. Basically windows 11 don't recognise Wild Hearts the game and what you need to do are the following:
- Go to windows search
- search for game mode settings
- Under add an app click browse
- search for wild hearts then add the exe file
- click on the options under wild heart which you added
- click high performance which you will see your gaming graphics card
- click save and go run the game
