Re: Wild hearts ps5 server issues

Hey @SaltySupercell

Can we start by trying the following and checking if these issues continue?

  • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
  • Verify you signed into your PSN account
  • Check for updates
  • Restore Licence
  • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
  • Open your PS5 NAT Type
  • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
  • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

Thanks!

  • Didn’t expect it to work, but after trial and error for over 3 hours it finally did. Already had UPnP for best NaT, and used 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for DNS, also set up a portforward just in case. It finally worked somehow after I deleted the game and save file (uploaded backup), rebuilt database and THEN redownloaded, suddenly I’m on the newest version I wasn’t previously in. Worth it for the game, but damn I’ve never had this much of an issue with any other game. I think if most ppl had to go through this they would’ve just moved on. Thx for the help, happy hunting.
