We'll be using this thread to provide any updates we get on reported issues for Immortals of Aveum.

Please be sure to use the template below if you're reporting an issue here on AHQ so we can best track it:

Hey all!

Just a heads up from our end that we're seeing graphic issues&nbsp;when DLSS Frame Generation setting is set to 'ON'&nbsp;(i.e. Balanced, Performance, etc) for some players.

For the time being, try disabling DLSS. We're sharing details with our team on the issue and will provide updates on any game fixes we make in our next set of patch notes.

Hey all,

If you're seeing crashes with the message "An Unreal process has crashed: UE-P3", at this time the team believes the issue should be resolved for most players by deleting the&nbsp;P3 folder&nbsp;under "YourPCName\Appdata\Local\P3"&nbsp;then&nbsp;clear the EA app cache&nbsp;and launch Immortals of Aveum normally (NOT&nbsp;as an Administrator).&nbsp;

Since all game progress is also saved to the cloud you shouldn't lose any game progress.

If you're still experiencing crashing after this, please submit an EA error report to us via the steps outlined&nbsp;here.&nbsp;

I did this and lost my save games.. its not restoring from cloud... I almost finished the games and have 16 hours gameplay. But P3 crash and I followed your instructions only to lose my save files. Why the hell EA doesnt do cloud save? And why the hell you asked us to delete save files if it doesnt sync to cloud?
