Servers at capacity, stuck in "Allocating Server" loop during matchmaking

I'm unable to find any games through matchmaking right now (ranked or arena), but it'll go through the confirming players/allocating servers sequence a few times before giving up and displaying a "All Servers are at capacity" message. I'm on PC in East Asia right now, not sure which server (playing from Taiwan).

    Is there actually a solution to this. Been trying to play for a few days and even bought the game pass but not working
