Hi @Nurinno When you have a moment can we try the following steps, and check if this continues?
- Check for networking issues:
- Manage DNS settings
- Try checking your account:
- Check for Switch System updates;
- Check for power/sleep Mode issues.
Clear Cache:
1. Open System Settings on the HOME Menu
2. Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.
3. Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Data Corruption:
1. Open the System Settings from the Home menu
2. Go to Manage Software and select Apex Legends
3. Choose Check for Corrupt Data
4. Choose Redownload if it finds any corrupt data
- @EA_Illium Hello, Thank you for your comment. I've tried all these step since I found the same issues topics on this forum. But unfortunately it still can't log in to EA account 😔 please find another solution for me. thank you so much!!

Hi @Nurinno To check have you previous linked your EA and Nintendo accounts, or have you recently unlinked either?
