Still Having Huge Frame Drops

Running RTX 4080 and Ryzen 7 5800X. Even after the patch, I'm still suffering from huge frame drops when i face a certain direction on the map within the game. It's really taking a toll on the overal...

Also tried all other settings to no avail. (Switching to 1080, capping to 60 fps, setting graphics to low did nothing to improve performance)
