Stuck trial a way out

Why a way out stuck in trial? I allready suscribtion ea play but my game (a way out) still trial mode I allreay reinstall 2x and restore licence, but nothing happen. Still trial version

    Hi @ProPlayerIDN If you navigate to your collection do you see a different version of A way out listed for download?

    If not can you try to first...

    • Uninstall
    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence

    Then reinstall the full version of the game and check if it prompts to purchase.

I have the same problem, tried everything nothing helped, wanted to hunt the trophys but i can’t witch the friends version.
