The second player does not answer

Literally now I have encountered a mistake: the second player does not answer. After about 15 minutes, this error flies out from above in the middle of the screen and the game flies away, they say a bad connection.
What can this mistake be related to and how to fix it?
Before that (about a year ago) I played, everything was fine.
