Request for Russian Subs for Split Fiction
Dear Electronic Arts Team, I am a big fan of your games and was really looking forward to the release of Split Fiction. However, I was disappointed to find that the game lacks Russian subtitles. This decision significantly limits the ability of Russian-speaking players to fully enjoy the game. We, the Russian-speaking players, kindly ask you to consider adding at least subtitles in Russian. This would not require significant effort or cost, but it would make the game accessible to a wider audience of millions people in the CIS countries, where games with Russian subtitles are very popular. We are not asking for anything more, just this small addition, which would greatly enhance the gaming experience for many players. I hope for your understanding and a positive resolution of this matter.376Views4likes4CommentsA way out - Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [XINPUT1_3.dll]
Hello everyone, I bought "A Way Out" via Steam over on year ago. I played for few hour long time ago but now I'm back to continue whe I launch the game, I get the following error: Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [XINPUT1_3.dll] Error: 0x7E I am on a fresh installation of Windows 11, on recent hardware, completely up-to-date via Windows Update. I follow on the following similar issue but without results: https://forums.ea.com/discussions/ea-originals-discussion-en/a-way-out---invalid-license-reason-code--missing-dll-xinput1-3-dll/7627028I I also follow on the help sections and did the reinstalls and cleanups and what not. It looks like a EA bug. Steam doesn't want to refund my game and sends me to EA for a fix. However, I can't reach EA. Anybody knows a solution in this case or I have to give it up? Kindly help Thank you32Views1like1Comment"Failed to open descriptor file '../../Haze1.uproject' when launching A Way Out
Hi, I'm having a problem launching A Way Out on PC. When I try to start the game, either from steam or the EA App, i get the following error (in the image attached). I've already tried verifying game files in Steam, reinstalling the game, clearing the EA App cache, and even reinstalling the EA app itself. The game still won't launch, there is no .exe file in the game folder, just development files like Haze1.uproject. I purchased the game on steam, my steam and EA are correctly linked. I contacted EA Support, but i'm still stuck. Could someone please help me get the game working, so I can play? Thanks in advance!131Views1like0CommentsA Way Out Friend Pass
Hello, i want to buy A Way Out to play it online with my friend, but I expect only one of us to pay for the game like we did on it takes two, one bought the game, the other only downloaded the Friend's Pass, i saw online that was a version of the way out friend pass, but i can't find it and also i've seen on the internet even if both of us buy the game still will be issues "I have exactly the same issue with a friend. But he can't even start the game. I even bought it now for him, because I thought the friends pass does not work. It just loads for short and does not open up at all. His pc is not too bad or anything. He gets my invites, the game acts like its going to open and then just nothing happens.. any idea how to fix that?" Have a nice day.96Views1like1CommentA Way Out - Trouble Connecting to Servers
Me and my boyfriend have played It Takes Two on Steam and everything was great. But when trying to play A Way Out, we were required to connect our steam platform to the EA and play the game through there, even though we bought it on Steam. Now, while trying to play it keeps kicking us out saying that the other playing is not responding and the session will close. I don’t know what the issue is but we’re both connected with Ethernet and we have never had issues playing online. By reading the forums I understand we’re not the only ones. What should we do to fix this issue? We really want to play the game.75Views2likes0CommentsIt takes two connection troubles
I've been frustrated with this issue that I've been encountering wIth It Takes Two when trying to play online with my brother. We are both on PC and I have EA Play and he's using friend pass. Initially when booting up the game for the first time we had no problems but when we tried to play again the next day when I invited him it took a while to load on his side and eventually tells him that the player has left the session when I am still in that session. This has been super frustrating as we have tried over multiple weeks to find a solution from verifying game files, reinstall the game, moving the game to a different drive, switching between launching the game on steam vs EA, deleting appdata files but nothing works, thus was done on both PCs. There was only once it worked after I reinstalled the game but after a couple of hours we disconnected and the issue persisted. Another thing we tried after giving up on it takes two was to try and play the other Hazelight game, A Way Out, to still have the same issue in the other game. We don't have connection issues on any other game we play together online so it seems to be an underlying issue related to these game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.67Views1like1CommentA Way Out - Unable to connect to servers

Hey My friend and I tried to play A Way Out, with my friend using a Steamdeck and I using my laptop. We both own full copies of the game in case that makes a difference. If he booted the game on his steam deck, I could not see him on my EA origin account as being online so I could not invite him to play. We tried having him log into EA origins on his laptop so he was showing as online so I could invite him but the invite on his steam deck never showed. He tried to invite me but wasn't showing a 'online' on his steamdeck and you can't be signed in on two devices at once, which is why he would sign in on his laptop, then I would invite him and he would click accept, then EA origins would transfer to him being online on his steam deck. We did use this method when we were playing It Takes Two, before they allowed you to invite through steam and it was always a little hit and miss but eventually worked. However, this was not working at all with A Way Out. There has to be a easier way. How does my friend get EA to work on his steamdeck? How can I send a invite to him? Should he try and invite me instead? It's extremely frustrating to buy a game and then have all these issues, especially when you buy the game through Steam, who have a perfectly working system for playing multiplayer. As soon as It Takes Two went to allowing Steam invites, we never had any issues. Please help. I am not a computer wizz, I will need step by step instructions for either my laptop or his steam deck to pass onwards. Thanks652Views2likes2Comments
