I have experienced the same problem on PS5. The fix that I found was to restart the chapter from the main menu. It took me like a couple of minutes to get two the same point again but it was better than restarting the whole campaign
I'm not sure we knew that restarting the chapter was an option. Thanks for sharing, maybe that will help out the next person with the problem.
