Tutorial stuck at using the health orb if you're at full health.

In the tutorial if you're at full health it won't let you advance past use the healing sphere, when you press the directional pad it just says You're at full health already and the blue shield doesn't deactivate and the directional marker keeps pointing to where the healing orb was, could this be changed so that even if you don't use the orb the shield deactivates?  Thanks!
