Tutorial stuck at using the health orb if you're at full health.

In the tutorial if you're at full health it won't let you advance past use the healing sphere, when you press the directional pad it just says You're at full health already and the blue shield doesn'...

@AbC6827a8951388 Being in this state is a bit unusual since you start the tutorial with a little bit of health missing. What you can do in this situation is just jump off the level, which should take a bit of health off and respawn you back where you were.
