Sims 4 Content File Locked
Okay so I am about to lose my marbles. I just bought the Get To Work pack for my Sims 4, and I made sure to download it and install it and let my game update, and I still can't access the content. When you look in the EA app it says that it was downloaded and that it is in my active DLC's. When you look in steam it has in bright bold red letters content file locked. I have tried EVERYTHING. Please help or I shall never look at this game again in my life and will share the horror story of this whole debacle with my future children. I also have other DLC that were bought and gifted that will not for the life of me show up in my game. EA says I have them, but the game doesn't. Again, SOS losing my mind. Guess I'll go play Paralives. Thank you and good night.
