HI @offlebean
When you have a moment, can we try the following?
- Check for networking issues:
- Manage DNS settings
- Try checking your account:
- Check for Switch System updates;
- Check for power/sleep Mode issues.
Clear Cache:
1. Open System Settings on the HOME Menu
2. Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.
3. Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Data Corruption:
1. Open the System Settings from the Home menu
2. Go to Manage Software and select Apex Legends
3. Choose Check for Corrupt Data
4. Choose Redownload if it finds any corrupt data
Thanks!

Hello,
I've tried all of the following and I am still receiving the same error. I also attempted to connect online while right next to my router, and I still received the error.

HI @offlebean
To check have you made any changes to your account settings for the EA or Nintendo account recently? Or is the account a child account?
If not, can we try the following:
- Test on a separate network
- Navigate to System Settings->Internet->Test Connection and check if any issues are found
- check if enabling data sharing allows you to connect.
Thanks!

Good evening,
Still receiving the error. I've checked both my EA and Nintendo accounts and I haven't made any changes to either. My Nintendo account isn't a child's account either. I tested my internet and it's running fine, but I'm not sure on how to enable data sharing. Also, I've found a thread from January 2022 concerning a similar issue among other users. No solution was posted or mentioned in the thread. Was this issue rectified over a year ago and the simply solution was not posted, or is this still an unsolved issue?
Also, thank you for your assistance so far!
