Unable to Connect to EA servers

Can't play online with following error:

Unable to Connect to the EA servers

result code 401-6d (attached)

Pretty sure that there's no problem with my Ps5 or network because my brother's PSN ID with another EA account was able to play online on the same PS5.
It's just my account wasn't. (I have PS plus subscription)

Anyone with same problem?

    Hi there, @linhnv01579.

    Is this the only game of ours that doesn't connect for you? Also, can you go to the network settings screen on your console and let me know what it says for the NAT type? Something else to check is the UPnP setting on your router. Is it enabled? Thanks!

  • Hi Aljo

    Thank you for replying.

    I could play It Takes Two with no problem using psn id that linked to other ea account. (on the same ps5 and same network)

    So I think the prolem is my ea account.

    I tried to unlink and relink but it didn’t help.

    I wonder if someone could unlink it for me so I can link my psn id to another ea account. (because I can’t unlink it my self anymore)

    @linhnv01579

    You would need to contact an advisor to see if they can unlink your account for you. To do that, please open a case here. That might not be the resolution to this, but it seems it's account related. That's not something we can help with here so it's best for an advisor to look into this for you.
