Can we try the following in order?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
If this continues, we may want to try uninstalling the game with something like Revo uninstaller, verifying the files are removed from your device, and after a restart, try again.

Hi @EA_Illium, yes I have just completed the last step of your suggested fixes (Revo uninstaller) and yeah no luck ☹️ Still the same error

@EA_Illium Any updates or potential work around ?
Its seems that if you bought the game on Steam you cannot connect to the EA Network.
I have asked 2 other friends who have EA Play to check, and they encountered the same issue.

@EA_Illium It's been 4 moths and players still getting such error. Do you guys care about your customers? Please tag me anyone in case they fix it (whenever it happens)

Hmm i got the error back today, but after plugging out USB stick and hmm USB cable for LED and such.
It started working again. But i have no clue what exactly causes this. And if it is USB devices or whatever then it should also still be fixed.
Makes 0 sense. For this * error to still be a thing. Really lazy support dont help out when open ticket, so they dont even ask for information to find the issue.
