Unable to Connect to the EA Servers - Result Code 401-6e (PC/Steam)

Apologies for the delay for this to confirm do you have both Steam and the EA app clients fully installed on you device?

Are you playing on a friends pass version or a full copy of ITT?

@EA_Illium Yes I have both Steam and EA fully installed. Also own the full copy.
