Under garments showing/clipping through armor. Bug or Intended?

Looking for an answer from someone at KT. A lot of the great looking armor, such as the Human/Kemono path peacock skirt, are completely ruined by the undergarments still showing beneath or sometimes ...

@Player_vhenjeec It's total bs. Endgame right now is for layered/transmog armor and this is your reward for farming orbs. I hoped it would be fixed but after March 10ths update idk if we will ever see it. I sure hope so!
