Under garments showing/clipping through armor. Bug or Intended?

Looking for an answer from someone at KT. A lot of the great looking armor, such as the Human/Kemono path peacock skirt, are completely ruined by the undergarments still showing beneath or sometimes ...

This is the EA approved non-racist LULU Lemon yoga pants that Chris Rock was talking about. I think EA doesn't realize that Japanese men actually wore thongs called fundoshi under their armor. Nothing sexual about it. It was done for logical reasons. Women wore them too. The only reason Japanese people don't wear them anymore is because of western influence. EA doesn't get that it is the new western influence.
