    Your card does't support DirectX 11 either so it's below minimum requirements.

    You won't be able to play Unravel with this

    As for your Sims issue, it's best if you posted in the Sims forum for help.

    Your computer is generally a bit low for gaming. Don't know if upgrading is worth it.

It depends on many factors such as your PSU (Power Supply Unit)' max watt number and connectors to what graphics card you can upgrade. You will need to some research on that. 

I would recommend something new though, as the whole computer is a bit low in specs.

As for K_Lite, that's what I found on their homepage

Yes.

The uninstaller will properly undo all changes that the installer made to your system.

The software can be removed through the Windows Control Panel. You can also find a shortcut for the uninstaller in the Windows Start menu.
