unravel is not lauching trough steam

I bought the game "Unravel" on steam, but i cant launch the game. I've tried every solution an EA support person told me and we couldn't find anythign that fixed the problem. The game goes to the stage where the EA app says "preparing game" and then it just quits. I somehow have managed to play the game for 3 minutes accourding to steam without ever seeing/opening the game. Any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this?

    Hi @lumiiini Can we try to clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) and run both the EA app and Steam as admins to see if this continues?

    @EA_Illium not surprising that ea "support" is about as helpful as tissue paper body armor. corporate greed and a complete lack of common sense... game is completely broken and none of the EA "support" answers are remotely useful.
