unravel two doesn't save at all
I use Origin to play Unravel Two. I played for two hours and then quit game. Next time when I enter the game there's no save. What can I do?
Try to keep the wording neutral but I am really frustrated.
Things I've tried:
* Multiple times in and out, as long as I do not quit game it will show save in main menu. (probably it only in mem but not in disk?)
* There's no AppData/UnravelTwo directory. I tried to unmark readonly for directories but it always recheck when I open property page again.
* Ran as administrator for both Origin & UnravelTwo.exe -- doesn't work
* Enabled one drive -- doesn't work
System Information:
* I use macbook bootcamped into Windows 10.
* I have parallel shared application with Windows. (I use Windows bootcamp from parallel in OSX as well)
* Windows 10 Education version
Any suggestion/idea would be helpful. I really want to play this with my wife.
Problem solved.
It ended up because of system locale problem. My Windows username is in Chinese so the save path ended up included unsupported unicode path and couldn't being find.
I follow the instruction (https://www.tenforums.com/general-support/20884-how-do-you-change-language-settings-non-unicode-programs-win10.html) to change system locale to Chinese and problem solved!
Hopefully this could help with people who are struggling with this as well.
To Unravel Team: It would be better if the program could crash or having error message whenever it can't save instead of silent failure.
