unravel2 Can't start the game

Question

Can't start the game, in the origin click play, origin will be minimized, then origin will restore after a few seconds, the game does not show, my two computers are all the same problem. The two computers play other PC game is normal.

I have tried to update the video card driver, verify the integrity of the game, and check the game update, all without resolution.

Is there any way to check the startup log so you can determine what the problem is

Pc1:

win10

CPU: i7mx4940

Gpu: 980 m

Pc2:

win10

CPU: i7 8700 k

Gpu: 1080 ti

You have some windows update failures. Maybe check what those were and make sure it's updated now

Have you tried a clean boot yet ?
