Need help.

Okay, so if you saw my previous post, I asked how to unlink my EA and PSN account from a disabled email.

The response is that I need to contact an EA Help Advisor for assistance. Which I know, but I don't know how to do this process as I try but it doesn't seem to work.

Can anyone who has experienced this or someone from EA, talk me through the process in detail, so I can contact with an EA Help Advisor to resolve this issue?

    Hey inVADDr​,

    Usually, selecting "EA account" as a product and "I want to update my EA account information" as the topic gives you the option to start a chat. 

    Please give that a go and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    I think maybe I chose the wrong case category which could be why, since I honestly don’t know which category fits into the issue I’m having with my EA account.

    Based on the problem I’m currently having, which case category would you recommend me to choose?

    My GF and I just got Split Fiction as well. I got signed in fine however she downloaded the friends pass. When trying to connect in. It shows she has a EA Account however it was created with an old email from when she was a kiddo (with no access to now.) we’ve tried recovering it, guessing passwords and recovery emails with no luck at all. Need Help. Not sure what to do next.
