Need help.
Okay, so if you saw my previous post, I asked how to unlink my EA and PSN account from a disabled email.
The response is that I need to contact an EA Help Advisor for assistance. Which I know, but I don't know how to do this process as I try but it doesn't seem to work.
Can anyone who has experienced this or someone from EA, talk me through the process in detail, so I can contact with an EA Help Advisor to resolve this issue?

Usually, selecting "EA account" as a product and "I want to update my EA account information" as the topic gives you the option to start a chat.
