Hello! I've purchased Unravel 2 for local co-op and I don't get the option to add a second player. I'm playing on my laptop and the platform is EA. The keyboard works but the controller doesn't (ps4 controller). I've tried both wireless and plug in and none work. What can I do?

Thank you for your time. Unfortunatelly, I've followed each step and tried again both plug in and wireless and the option to add another player still doesn't show up.. I don't know what else to do.
