use of ps5 controller

Hi,

Does this game make use of the ps5 fancy controller much?

It will determine if I get the Xbox or ps version.

    Hey @Jonboyo 

    I'm kind of confused about what you mean.
    On Playstation there are both PS4 and PS5 versions and uses the main controller of the PS you have.
    On Xbox, it uses just the Xbox controller and on PC you can use both an Xbox and Playstation controller.

    Curious about this too. Are you talking about the touchpad? That's the only thing I can think of that is really different between PS and Xbox controllers.

    I'm thinking touchpad, haptic feedback, sound through the joypad, resistance on the triggers etc.

    @Jonboyo Cheers. The only thing I can see on the official PSN store is a mention that "DUALSHOCK 4 vibration" is featured. Hopefully someone with a PS5 and the game can confirm, but it doesn't look like the features on the new controller are being utilised based on that.
