Why can't I use the red leyline

I'm playing Immortals of Avenum and I'm on the Collaterla Quest.  I've made it to Kalthus, but when I attempt to grapple the red leyline I need to, it gives me the Lock icon and won't let me grab on ...

@DraxStorm2 So you're on the Collateral quest, and the mission objective says "Reach the Font in Kalthus" is that correct? If that's the case, could you reply with a screenshot of the red leyline being locked when you attempt to lash to it?

I am unable to use the leyline as well. Has a fix been discovered for this?
