Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

Same issue here, can't launch it even though we're 30 mins after the demo release.
