The Dxdiag shows a low dedicated memory so it won't work either I'm afraid ☹️
Display Memory: 1696 MB
Dedicated Memory: 64 MB
Shared Memory: 1632 MBTry to update the K-Lite Codec pack if you're still having trouble @midohelali. You might also want to try the solution here as it helps with launching issues.
We will need a Dxdiag after that to check what is happening.
Unfortunately , updating the K-Lite Coding didn't make any changes , the game is making fun of us , NOT WORKING

Yes , this is a bug , I can play ARK Survival Evolved , Pes 16 , and I can open Fifa 15 and Fifa 16 , what's wrong now

Also your drivers are from May 2015 - Try to update your system by installing all recent Windows Updates and the most up to date drivers.
