Hi, do you get any error message or previous warning when it crashes?

If you haven't done so since the most recent patch, can you perform a repair if you use the EA app or a verify integrity  if you use Steam.

You may also want to try a Clean Boot, in case there's 3rd party program conflicts. Also, sometimes security software can also be a source of conflict, testing by manually disabling it can help in your situation.

hi, actually no, it doesnt appear any message it just froze the screen then crash, Ive had already verified the integrity of the game files and still the same.

started a new game and it crashes at the character creator every time, game is now unplayable for me

I, too, have been experiencing frequent application crashes since the latest update.
Sometimes it crashes right after moving to a map or starting in multiplayer, sometimes, it crashes when I complete a defeat and return to my map, so I am having trouble playing correctly.
I don't know what is causing this, as there are no error messages.
The current Build ID is as follows
Build ID: 10918056

Also experiencing crashes pretty frequently with this update; as well as a few friends. No error messages. Game just freezes before closing itself. Have already tried repairing, verifying, a clean boot, disabling security, and reinstalling. I've attached what comes up in my event logger error.

Can I check what secuirity software folks are using?

@LycanLyco That can be a lot of things, but once basic troubleshooting is done, it's often a conflict with security software, could you re-whitelist or even temporarily disable it?

@EA_David I did have it temporarily disabled, but I've actually stopped having crashes the last two days oddly enough without doing any changes so I'm unsure what exactly was causing it. Thank you for the reply though!
