I am playing wild heart on PS5. My PSN id is 'Enshinspirit1' and EA id is tjyjoka6jb5p
I am trying to connect my ps5 PSN id into EA but it doesn't work.
I changed my E-Mail address on EA id but it didn't work.
Whenever I try to connect on login option, I click PS icon of course, it says change code and won't work.
What can I do to make this connect?
I did everything as you said on help but did not work.

What do you mean exactly that it's telling you to change your code? Are you repeatedly being asked to reset your password when you try to log in with your PlayStation account?

it said my id is old or information changed therefore, get into URL and get changes.
So I click the link and click PS icon. and it says I must change EA password. So I did many times.
Even though I changed my password and got into it, the same massage come up again and again.

It sounds like your PlayStation account is linked to an old or disabled EA account, with a different email address than the account you're resetting. If you're not sure what that account might be, then I recommend reaching out to our live support via the following link:

They'll be able to take a look for you, and will hopefully be able to get you back into your account.
