i can't multiplay, It says that it is not connected to the ea server
EA CSR says there is nothing wrong with my account
and i can play other ea games
I rebooted the console and changed the dns settings
But the solutions you suggested didn't help at all

Have you been leaving the game running in the bg (not closing if before putting console in rest mode or before using some other app)? I know for sure that there's a bug where you have to restart the game after idleling in the ways mentioned above. It happens ever time for me, and restarting the game/closing it out completely when done playing has solved the issue altogether.

Hi @nsy8980 Can we try running through a few steps and checking if this error continues?
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

i already tried, only wild hearts don't work
