It’s also happening to me. Game is not even playable since I can’t hear the characters. Does anyone know if ea is working on a patch to fix this right now?
  • I've had the same issue on my Xbox One X. Have two buddies with the first gen Xbox One's, one using the same headset and audio options (Dolby Atmos) as me but they do not have the issue. The only way I have been able to get dialogue to come through clear is going into the main Xbox One system audio settings and setting it to "Stereo Uncompressed". After that, everything comes through at normal levels.
