Transfer data from PC to PS5

Hello, I I bought Mass Effect Legendary Edition in EA App in PC, and now I would like to continue the game (Mass Effect 2) in the PS5, I just subscribed to EA Play on PS5, but I don't know how to continue the game in PS5, I linked the account of EA and Play station Network, but when I started the game, just show me new game.

Any idea if this is possible?
