Apex on Ps5 ? will not play

Just bought new ps5 had it a couple of months now and decided i want to plau Apex Legends but on the ps5 i keep getting the reset password alert/screen? So on my ea account i have changed the password and on the ps5 it still apears the password reset screen? I have even tried changing the servers but i tend to stick to London using the right stick on the controller to select even though other servers does not change the problem? Then now i am getting can not connec to playstation network even though i am connected?

On my ea acoount i only have my xboxlive account linked...... Can someone please help?
