Banned for no reason at all and there is no explanation for it!

My account is banned for absolutely no reason. I created cases 2 times for it. The answer they give me is i'm violating the User Agreement Terms and your account will be remained banned. I asked for ...

@EA_Aljo This is just the link of EA Help homepage. Also i just realized that i can't open a case for 3rd time. When i try to make a new case, it directs me to me Help homepage. Can you give me actual email address of a person of charge?

When you're directed back to the home page, are you choosing the game and platform and then proceeding through the rest of the form?

    @EA_Aljo I sent an email again. I don't think they will help me at all tho. On second time, i thought they gave me an explanation and they didn't. Not hopeful but i did all i can do.

      If you can get a case open with an advisor, they should be able to give you the general reason for the ban.

        @EA_Aljo Can you please explain me with details how to open case with advisor? What is advisor? I mean i know the meaning but i didn't understand how to use advisor to open case? is there a spesific link to get there quicker?

      they do not help at all, they spam me with the same answer tellingg me i have NO banned accoutns but i SENT THEM A SCREENSHOT of my account SAYING IM BANNED. they still spam me with stuff like " youre not banned and no restrictions have been found" .......

        You're contacting us from the wrong account. You need to open a case under the account you play on.
