Can't Add Games To My Library

I have recently purchased EA Play on steam. But when I go to install a game that is provided with the service I am given an error message that doesn't allow me to add it to my library. Very unhappy with the service so far.

Hey @ehjayyyyyyy for issues such as this you will need to speak with Steam support.

They will be able to take a look and advise you further.
