If you need to get a payment method removed from your account, that's something the live support team can take a look at with you- here on the forums we aren't able to access your billing details to get that removed for you.

The Chat with Us option doesn't seem to appear on the site. How can I chat with an EA advisor or submit a request? I'm not seeing the option on the website that you linked EA_Solaire. Thanks for any assistance.
