Can't link my Ea account to Amazon Prime Gaming Account help!

I have a huge problem with linking my Amazon Prime gaming Account with my Ea account (FIFA 22) always getting an error that something went wrong. Contacted chat multiple times couldn't help, maybe someone here can help me?

I have the same issue - for the record, the EA representative told me that there was nothing they could do as a workaround for this and gave me zero solution. I wouldn't waste your time with customer service for this. It looks like some people just can't access these.
